Brian Crower Stroker Kit 73.5mm Billet Crank Carrillo Rods Custom Pistons For Maverick X3 Turbo 2017+
The BC stroker kit for the Can-Am X3 engine platform incorporates a 73.5mm (+3.8mm) stroke in the OEM crank pin configuration. This 73.5mm stroke along with the stock 74mm bore turns the ROTAX 900 into a square engine which delivers the perfect balance of speed and pulling capability. Depending on bore size that you decide, the BC kit will take you up to a 948.35cc with stock 74mm bore or 974.17cc with the big bore 75mm configuration. Due to the added stroke and absolute zero room in the OEM case, you are required to source an aftermarket billet girdle for added stroker clearance. As usual, each BC kit features your choice of custom CP, JE or BME aluminum forged pistons, 5100 series wrist pins (9310 pins available upon request for big HP applications), locks and complete ring pack. Available in any desired bore and compression ratio.
- BC 4340 billet steel crankshaft (73.5mm stroke). Requires aftermarket billet girdle for case.
- Carrillo connecting rods featuring 3/8 CARR fasteners.
- CP, JE or BME aluminum forged pistons (any bore size, any compression ratio).
- 5100 Series carbon steel alloy wrist pins. 9310 Series pin upgrade avail.
- Ductile iron plasma top rings, tapered second ring, low tension oil rings.
- Fully system balanced and ready to install.
