🎄 Christmas & New Year Information
Our team will be finishing up for Christmas on Tuesday 23rd December.
We are already working through a backlog, so any orders placed after 17th December may not be shipped until we return to business on 5th January.
While some staff may choose to come in over the break and dispatch a small number of orders, this is entirely optional and not something we are expecting or guaranteeing.
Because of this, we cannot guarantee that any parcels will be sent during the Christmas shutdown period.
If you notice tracking information or order statuses changing during this time, please don’t assume someone is actively manning a computer or able to reply immediately.
If you do happen to receive a response, please understand:

Replies may be slow
- Couriers may not even collect from us during this time.

Staff are only logging in occasionally

They’re likely doing so during downtime from Christmas and family time (once they get bored 😅)
We really appreciate your patience and support over the holiday period and look forward to getting fully back into it from 5th January.
