Promotion Terms & Conditions

• Promotion valid on purchases of $3,000 NZD or more made during the promotional period.
• Customers must use promo code CHROME at checkout to be eligible.
• Eligible customers will receive one (1) passenger ride in the Stealth Ride V8-powered R34 Skyline, subject to availability.
• Ride sessions will take place during Chrome Expression at Hampton Downs on either Saturday or Sunday. Ride times will be allocated by Stealth Ride.
• Participants must be 16 years of age or older.
• Participants must be of a suitable height and build to safely fit inside the vehicle and wear all required safety equipment correctly.
• All participants must complete and sign the required waiver and indemnity forms before taking part.
• The driver has the final decision on whether a participant may take part in the ride experience. Any participant considered unsafe or unable to safely participate may be refused the ride without compensation.
• Participants must follow all instructions given by the driver, Stealth Ride staff, and event officials at all times.
• Participants are responsible for all costs associated with attending the event, including (but not limited to) travel, accommodation, event entry, parking, meals, and any other personal expenses.
• Stealth Ride accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred by participants in attending the event.
• The ride experience is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other product or service.
• The ride experience is subject to weather, track conditions, and vehicle availability. In the event of rain, mechanical failure, safety concerns, or any circumstance beyond Stealth Ride's control, the ride may be cancelled without a replacement date or further compensation.
• Stealth Ride reserves the right to photograph and film participants during the experience for marketing and promotional purposes.
• By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions. Stealth Ride reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
